A man caused the death of his wife after refusing her CS because of the agreement he had with God.

Dr. Wilberforce, a Ghanaian physician, described how his client, who had a heart issue, died while giving birth to her child after declining to have an elective Caesarean section (C/S) because her husband insisted on a vaginal delivery. 

The woman was offered a CS since the strain of labour was too much for her weak heart, according to the doctor who shared this information on Twitter.

The woman claimed she needed to talk to her husband about the matter but didn’t show up again for several weeks.
