Despite claims that the head of Marlian Records, Naira Marley, was the only one to be suspected of being involved in Mohbad Aloba’s death, Mr. Joseph Aloba, Mohbad’s father, disavows his name.

Mr. Aloba spoke about his son’s sudden death and his conflict with his former boss in a recent interview.

When Mohbad’s father learned that his son and his boss had fought. Despite his apprehension about going to Naira Marley’s house, he continued, he tried to contact her but was unsuccessful.

According to information from his son, Naira Marley was not involved in the attack on Mohbad in 2022; instead, other people were.

In response to allegations that his son used drugs, Mr. Aloba adamantly asserted that he is unaware of such, but that he is aware of the Marlian group’s drinking customs.

He concluded by saying that it was God’s will that his son died.
