Moment ‘Eluu P 75’ Online Song Plays At The Appeal Court During Peter Obi’s Hearing [Video]

One of the highlights from the Appeal Court hearing on Peter Obi’s case against the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, is the moment the online hit song, “Eluu P”, was heard in the court during court proceedings.

The online hit song, “Eluu P”, which has become an anthem was inspired by a young man during the counting of the Labour Party votes at a polling unit during the just concluded presidential election.
In the court yesterday, Wednesday, March 8th, one of Mr Obi’s supporters had a phone that played ‘Eluu P’ as its ringtone.

Meanwhile, Peter Obi’s Wednesday evening ended high-spirited as he hosted a welcome dinner for Labour Party Senators and the House of Representatives members-elect in Abuja after storming the Appeal Court for his case against the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.

Though the court refused Mr Obi’s request to restrain INEC from reconfiguring the bimodal voter accreditation system (BVAS) ahead of the governorship and state assembly elections, his lawyer said it is good news that the court also mandated the electoral body to allow the Labour Party presidential candidate to inspect the electoral materials used in the February 25th presidential election.
To this end, while some commenters posited that Mr Obi’s dinner event was to celebrate his Appeal Court hearing, some said it was organized to celebrate and welcome all the lawmakers under the platform of the Labour Party who secured victory in the just concluded elections.
Presidential Candidate, Mr Peter Obi, on his case INEC had outlined the positives of the Appeal Court ruling on Wednesday, March 8th, 2023.

The lawyer added that victory is now in sight for Mr Obi as the election materials will now be inspected.
