The former vice president made this statement on Thursday during a news conference at the PDP National Secretariat in Abuja.

The “war” over the 2023 Presidential election, according to Atiku, is still going on, and he has instructed his lawyers to petition to the Supreme Court.

I appreciate the decision from yesterday, but I will not accept it because it is unjust. Losing a battle is less significant than losing a war, to quote my master Shehu Yar Adua.

According to Bendelnews, Atiku had filed a legal challenge against President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s election, but the presidential election tribunal dismissed it for lack of merit and affirmed Tinubu’s victory.
