Despite being well along in her pregnancy, Kourtney Kardashian is giving her fans some advice on how to survive the first pregnancy.
The 44-year-old reality actress shared a topless picture on her Instagram Stories on Saturday. She is expecting a child with her husband, musician Travis Barker, 47.
The Kardashians star, who was standing in her large closet and was wearing an undone pair of jeans, took a selfie.
Kourtney boldly flaunted her tummy bump while covering her breasts with her arms.
On her Poosh website, the snap contained a link to an essay titled “My First Trimester Tips.”
On Saturday, Kourtney Kardashian posted a topless selfie in her Instagram Stories to show off her growing baby bulge and give her “First Trimester Tips” with her followers.
The influencer, who is currently pregnant with her fourth child after giving birth to Mason, 13, Penelope, 11, and Reign, 8, from her relationship with 40-year-old Scott Disick, shared what supported her in the article.
The expectant mother claimed that drinking lemon water reduced her morning sickness-related nausea.
“Citrus really made me feel better when I was sick.” I would have ice water with lemon—that saved me,’ she admitted.
‘I would keep it in a big HydroFlask and just have it all day long. I also had a metallic taste in my mouth, which is a common thing in the first trimester, and the lemon water also helped with that.’
Additionally, she discussed how she managed her nausea by eating a variety of foods, including baked potatoes, bagels, tangerines, and lime popsicles.
While endorsing Dr. Jennifer Lang’s book “The Whole Nine Months,” which provides a “Week-by-Week Pregnancy Nutrition Guide for a Healthy Start,” Kourtney also suggested eating as much as possible at home.
She included links to the things she utilised, including a Belly Blanket, and recommended her pregnant fans to stay as far away from radiation as possible.
When I’m working on Zooms, editing episodes, or doing any other computer-based work at home, I cover myself with this blanket. I use it even when I’m simply on my phone, she admitted.
