Prophet and founder of RIG Nation, Prophet Tomi Arayomi is reportedly arrested.
He is said to have been arrested with his wife, Tamar.
They are alleged to have been arrested by the officials of the Department of State Service, DSS.
According to reports, he and his wife were arrested today, Good Friday on arrival at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, MMI, Lagos.
It is not clear why they were arrested but there are speculations that his arrest is connected to one of his prophecies before the 2023 general election.
In one of his prophecy, Tomi Arayomi foretold of the birth of a new Nigeria. According to him, regarding Nigeria, “ the lord says, I am about to play my card and during your elections, you will hear of those who believe is their right to rule, do not bend an ear to them, nor give them notice, for my eyes are on him who believes it is his privilege to serve not his right to rule.
“From a cry of my people, I will move to shift Nigeria into a new gear and suddenly a challenge shall arise, and one who fears my name shall spring forth. Do not let it be said that I have brought you to birth but there is no strength to deliver, for I will do a new thing in Nigeria.”
One of those who questioned why he was arrested is Oby Ezekwesili.

He was later released after many hours.
