One Dead In Kwara Sallah Road Crash
A motorbike accident on Friday claimed one life in Ilorin, Kwara State.
Three other persons aboard the motorbike sustained serious injuries.
The bike, according to eyewitness rammed into a stationary vehicle.
The victims were returning from Ilorin Eid prayer ground when the incident occurred at Balogun Fulani area of the metropolis.
The deceased, whose name was simply given as Suraju, was said to be from Alamo compound, Okelele, Ilorin.
Suraju was said to have died at a medical facility where he was rushed to for treatment.
He had since been buried at the Muslim cemetery, Osere area, Ilorin.
Two of the injured persons were said to have been admitted at the General Hospital, Surulere, Ilorin while the third victim was taken to a local bone centre at Dada area for treatment.
Sympathisers thronged the residence of the deceased to commensurate with his family.
