Senior Pastor Taiwo Odukoya of the Lagos-based Fountain of Life Church has passed away.continue Reading.
The church announced the awful news in a statement on its official social media outlets on Tuesday, August 8, 2023.
According to the announcement, Pastor Odukoya passed away on August 7, 2023, in the United States. Age-wise, he was 67.
“The Fountain of Life Family announces the passing into greater glory of our Father, our teacher, and a great servant of the Most High God, Pastor Daniel Odukoya, who passed into glory on the 7th of August 2023 in the USA. We do this in complete submission to the will of God Almighty. Lord, we completely submit to you. We give thanks to the Lord for giving us such a wonderful leader, the statement said.
Nomthi, the late pastor’s wife, lost her fight with cancer on November 9, 2021, after a two-year battle.
The couple had two boys and was married for 11 years.
Prior to Nomthi, Odukoya was wed to Bimbo, his first wife, who perished in the Sosoliso plane tragedy that happened in Port Harcourt, the capital of the Rivers, in 2005.
