Popular Nollywood actor cum politician, Desmond Elliot has cried out over the hatred he receives from people for the comment he made in 2020 during the endsars protest.

The Lagos State House of Assembly member refers to Nigerian Youths as children trying to destroy the country.
The All Progressives Congress candidate, Desmond Elliot, made this known during his interview with “Let’s Talk”
The comment did not sit well with most Nigerian youth who have been dragging him on all social media platforms since the incident in 2020, Although Desmond Elliot apologized for the comment he made, it appears the past has come back to haunt him ahead of the 2023 election.
The Nollywood star, apologized again during his recent interview with “Let’s Talk” adding that he made the comment on emotions.
He claimed that he goes out on the street and gets verbally attacked all the time.
He also cried out that the hatred against him is too much.
