Following the fire at his home in Lagos, actor and comedian Ayo Makun from Nigeria made a heartfelt statement.
Sharing photos of his wife and himself from his daughter’s church dedication last year, AY stated that grief can only endure a brief period of time when one meets a decent travel companion.
Despite the fact that pain may last for a split second, an hour, a day, or even an entire year, he noted that it eventually ends and something new takes its place.
In a message to his wife, he promised that as they moved on in their life together, they would replace the lies of their adversaries with the truth of God.
AY was grateful for everyone’s attention for them despite their difficult circumstances.
“When you discover the perfect companion to travel with, pain might be momentary. It might last for a moment, an hour, a day, or even a year, but eventually it will fade away and be replaced by something else.
We will swap out the lies of the enemy with God’s truth as we proceed together through the journey of life. God never removes something from your life without replacing it,with something better.
